So, I'm at the gym, locked in my zone. It was weight training Wednesday. I remember like it was yesterday.
As I'm workin on glute perkin😛 this stranger walked up and tapped me on the shoulder.
I pulled one side of my headphones down, expecting him to ask how many sets I had left. Naw, he started critiquing my form! He told me I should do it like this and do it like that that if I wanted to see real results.
1 thing I know and 2 things fo sho is I've been lifting for three years and my form is immaculate! 💪I impolitely put my headphone back over my ear mid-sentence and went right back to my set without saying a word🤫
